| COVID-19 SETUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR TRANSFER : Our drivers wear a mask during their service. Your transfer will not involve any contact. A minimum distance of 1 meter will be maintained between each passenger in our vehicles. We provide you with a private vehicle by reservation only (couple, family, or single only, no sharing). All our vehicles are ventilated, cleaned, and disinfected after each service. FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS : A video safety briefing of the flight is broadcasted on large screens. Please pay attention. Each client will be taken by a member of the team to their balloon, respecting the social distance of 1 meter. In the basket, each compartment has a transparent plastic separation to ensure full protection during the flight. All the baskets are cleaned and disinfected after each flight.
